DSI pulled off an upset on the second day of the ongoing Mercantile Badminton Doubles Team Championship at S. Thomas’ College Indoor Stadium defeating SriLankan Airlines by 3- 2. However, before the win could sink in, they were brought down to earth being thrashed 3-0 by Standard Chartered Bank. The tournament in sponsored by Akzo Nobel Paints Lanka (Private) Limited under the brand name ’Dulux’.
