Shaleka Nilushika puts Palink SC on top

Palink Sports Club is going great guns in the current woman’s cricket tournament winning four consecutive matches. Palink SC beat Colts SC convincingly by 103 runs to register their fourth victory at the Colts SC ground on Wednesday.
The highlight of the match was a superb batting performance by Shaleka Nilushika who made an unbeaten 77 with 12 fours. Shaleka also made a fine 82 in the previous match against CCC but was unfortunate to miss a well deserved century. She is in great form at the moment. Wickremasinghe contributed 17. For Colts SC Nedeesha Mendis bowled well to capture four wickets for 17 runs.
Palink SC taking first lease of the wicket posted a moderate 187 for the loss of 8 wickets in their quota of 50 overs and got the opponents Colts SC out for a paltry 84 in 38.3 overs.
