Sachini wins National Blitz Chess crown

Sixteen year old Sachini Ranasinghe of Museus College won the women's title of 3^rd National Blitz Chess Championships held at Royal College, Colombo on Wednesday. The Swiss System tournament played in 7 rounds as 10 minute games.

Sachini, the first International Master in the Sri Lanka, is the National Women Chess Champion too.

Chess Federation of Sri Lanka is organized the event.
