130 matches produce 296 goals

The Dialog Champions League 2011 tournament concluded on Sunday and of the 132 matches scheduled 130 were officially played. Air Force and Navy were awarded wins against New Youngs and Don Bosco respectively by the competition committee as their opponents were found guilty of violating tournament's rules.

Both teams were awarded 3-nil victories by the FFSL. New Youngs failed to turn-up for the replay with Air Force and Don Bosco refused to continue the game against Navy at the half way mark. A total of 296 goals were scored by the players of the twelve clubs averaging 2.27. Champions Ratnam scored the highest number of goals with 37 and were followed by Army and Navy who shared second place with 31 goals apiece. M. N. M. Issadeen of Army became the highest goal scorer for the second year in succession. He scored 17 goals, five more than last season.

7 Indika Priyankara Silva (Don Bosco), Mohammed Zain (Renown) and Chaturanga Sanjeewa (SL Navy)
