Schools’hockey tournament postponed

The three day schools hockey nationals organised by the Sri Lanka Schools Hockey Association and the Matale Schools Hockey Association, which was scheduled to be played at Matale last weekend did not come off as some of the participating teams had requested for a postponement of the championship as they had not received the letters in time due to the intervening holidays.

This boys and girls hockey championship will be worked off at a future date.
