Chandrika and Manjula for All Star Meet

Sri Lanka contingent for the All Star Athletic meet in Kazakhstan has been reduced to two competitors. The meet will be held in Kazakhstan from June 30.

Five athletes have been selected to represent Sri Lanka in this meet. However, only Chandrika Subhashini Rasnayake (400 m) and Manjula Kumara (High Jump) will participate in the meet.

Shehan Ambepitiya (100m) and Prasanna Amarasekera pulled out of the team due to illness while the 400 m hurdler, Chritina Shenali Merryl, who is undergoing training in United States has informed the authorities her inability to attend the meet.
