Pakistan declared at 551 for six in their first innings on the third day of the second cricket test against Sri Lanka, played at SSC Grounds on Monday.
Sri Lanka needs to make 352 to avert the follow on.

Perhaps Mahela knew about the on coming bad weather which prompted him to bowl first after having won the toss. He’s schemer, this Mahela. I suppose what he didn’t recon was for Pakistan openers to pile up a good score. Let us hope then that we could do the same and at least avert a follow-on that Pakistan surely has in mind.
