World T20 ticket sales re-start on Wednesday
The third and final phase of ticket sales of the ICC World Twenty20 Sri Lanka, will be open to the public from the 1 August, International Cricket Council (ICC) announced Tuesday.
Ticket sales programme for the ICC World Twenty20 in Sri Lanka has been very successful and more than 100,000 tickets had been sold by the end of the second phase.
"This is now the final chance for those who missed out in the earlier phases to be a part of this thrilling event." stated in a media release issued by the ICC.
Tickets will be available only at Box Office sales locations and via online booking by logging onto www.icc-cricket.com.
No tickets will be sold at MoneyGram outlets in this phase. Box offices will open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, seven days a week. Any remaining unsold tickets for matches taking place on a particular day will also be sold at respective box office locations.
ICC World Twenty20 will be held from 18 September to 7 October in Sri Lanka
