Udugampola out from the second round

Sri Lanka's sole women's swimmer, Reshika Udugampola, clocked 1:04.93 seconds and came sixth in the Olympic women's swimming 100m freestyle heats at the 2012 London Games on Wednesday. The event was held the Aquatics Centre in London. 

Seven heats were conducted as 52 competitors took part in the event and Udugampola swam in the second heat.

China's Tang Yi was the top qualifier for the semi-finals. The other top qualifiers were Australia's Melanie Schlanger.
